    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using the 'Blurtext' mobile application ('App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Services

Blurtext provides an array of subscription options, including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans, which are processed through Apple's StoreKit service.
1 month ($0.99), 1 year ($5.99), lifetime ($7.99) durations.
Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Current subscription may not be cancelled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

    3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

    The App and its materials, such as visual interfaces, graphics, design, data, computer code, and services are owned by Blurtext or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    4. User Data

    Blurtext does not collect or share any personal data of users.

    5. Third-Party Assets and Acknowledgements

    Blurtext enhances its interface with high-quality visual elements thanks to the icons generously provided by Icons8 (https://icons8.com).

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction where Blurtext operates.
